The Masterplan project idea relates to the following:

• Green and recreational space with 70% of the surface.

The master plan contains:

• 12 commercial-residential buildings 
• Standard apartments and VIP apartments,
• Shopping Center with an area of over 15,000m2,
• Hotel with an area of 21,000 m2,
• Underground parking,

Center for nursery and family medicine.
